About Me
Hello I am Lisa Hill.
I am one of the first “pioneers” to join our company, Rodan+Fields Dermatologists.
What is a “pioneer?” one of the brave ones who jumped in when we were in “pre launch”, when there wasn’t a comp plan, training or any marketing material!
Why did I do that? Because I knew with the doctors reputation this was going to be a “Home Run!” Guess what? I was right!
I joined Rodan+Fields while I was a newly skilled hairstylist, and a homeschooling mom. I had never had any experience in Direct Sales, however I knew the opportunity was great and couldn’t pass it up to be a part of a ground floor movement of “Changing Skin and Changing Lives!”
Since I have joined Rodan+Fields, I have been very excited to see my life change in many ways. Not only financially, but I have grown as a person and a leader in our company. My passion is helping people achieve their goals and dreams and I am doing that one story at a time.
I have three wonderful grown sons and a support group of the most amazing friends and family a girl can have. I have a sweet Havanese dog named Sophie who is like my shadow. I enjoy reading (mainly books on self improvement and leadership), riding my bike, fishing, traveling, cooking and baking. I love watching college football, and movies that are funny and adventurous.
